Role Description The Learning and Development Coordinator at Schindler Israel is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and administration of learning programs across the organization. This full-time, on-site role, based in Petah Tikva, includes coordinating training schedules, managing enrollment, and overseeing logistics for classroom and blended learning initiatives. The coordinator helps maintain learning management systems, tracks participation and completion rates, and prepares reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with managers, trainers, and subject-matter experts to ensure programs align with business needs and are delivered effectively. The coordinator also assists with the creation and updating of training materials, supports onboarding and continuous development activities, and contributes to process improvements within the learning function.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Training & Development, including coordinating and supporting learning initiatives.
• Experience with Learning Management and administration of learning platforms or HR systems.
• Strong Communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Background in Training delivery or facilitation and familiarity with Instructional Design principles.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, cross-functional environment and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or service organizations is an advantage; familiarity with global or matrix structures is a plus.
