Evolinq is one of the most promising startups in supply chain, redefining how organizations structure their entire procurement. We're a small team of around ten, and we've earned the trust of some of the biggest enterprises in the world - including S&P 500 companies - to manage more than $10B in spend. You'll join early, at a company that's already revenue-positive and right before its hyper-scale step, and you'll be an active, important part of shaping the product journey.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer ready to build at the highest level. You'll lead product development from the ground up, make foundational architectural decisions, and work directly with the CTO to scale our procurement solutions - alongside top talent like yourself, with room to learn from peers and mentor others. This isn't a role where you pull tickets from a backlog: you'll see your work ship quickly, shape the company itself, and directly impact how Fortune 500 companies handle their billions in spend.

We believe strongly in the partnership of engineers and AI - we integrate it into every part of our day to day. You'll be expected to operate with high independence and lean on AI for a large part of your work, while taking clear, end-to-end ownership of your part of the codebase.

What You Will Drive

* End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, and deploy scalable features across the entire stack, moving fast without sacrificing quality.

* Product Leadership: Bridge the gap between engineering and user needs, shaping the product roadmap and our technical vision.

* Agentic AI Integration: Build robust interfaces and backend systems to seamlessly support our AI procurement agents and point-of-insight data structures.

* Team Growth: Help set the engineering culture, establish best practices, and eventually transition into a leadership role as we scale the department.

Requirements (Must Haves)

* Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of architecting and shipping complex full-stack applications from scratch.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

* Backend Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and designing robust, scalable APIs.

* Frontend Expertise: Strong command of React and modern frontend ecosystems, with an eye for user experience.

* Database & Infrastructure: Solid experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and deploying/managing cloud infrastructure (AWS).

* AI & Innovation: Experience with or a strong eagerness to dive into LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and leveraging modern AI-native developer tools.

* Startup DNA: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, operate with extreme autonomy, and seamlessly translate high-level business goals into technical execution.
