About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to help ensure that materials, components, and assemblies meet requirements at every stage, from incoming inspection through production and supplier inspections. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to identify issues early, maintain accurate quality records, and support the delivery of reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and maintain documentation and approvals
• Perform visual inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and assemblies
• Execute basic technical and functional testing per item requirements
• Perform in-process quality audits during production
• Conduct source inspections at supplier facilities
• Handle non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions
• Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Support traceability documentation in line with aerospace standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in receiving inspection and/or production line QA
• Practical Engineer or Technician in Mechanical or Electronics – advantage
• Training or certification in quality control – advantage
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or UAV industry – significant advantage

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electronic drawings
• Familiarity with measurement tools and test equipment
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Priority) and Office applications
• Willingness to travel to suppliers as needed
• High attention to detail, precision, self-discipline, and ability to work independently alongside multiple interfaces

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of aerospace documentation traceability requirements – advantage
• Hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical systems – advantage
