Customer Support Specialist (Fintech) JB-5521

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer support and coordinate communication across customers and internal teams.

The role combines customer support, communication, brand reputation, and operational compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via email, phone, and chat.

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Monitor social media, customer feedback, and brand reputation.

Manage internal and external communication materials, including FAQs and user guides.

Track customer feedback and support trends and report key insights.

Perform daily compliance checks and review client documentation.

Maintain compliance records and escalate irregularities or potential risks.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer support, customer communication, or a similar role.

Native-level English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Familiarity with customer support tools such as Intercom.

Understanding of KYC, documentation checks, or compliance workflows.

Experience in fintech is an advantage.
