AI Solutions Engineer

M.ai by Moveo is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our team.

You’ll work hands-on with modern AI technologies and help turn real business challenges into practical AI-powered solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop software solutions powered by AI, with a strong focus on backend development

• Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven applications

• Work hands-on with LLMs, AI Agents, and modern AI tools and frameworks

• Integrate AI capabilities into software systems and connect them with external APIs, data sources, and services

• Translate real business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Develop, test, and improve AI-powered features and workflows

• Explore and evaluate different AI models, frameworks, and approaches to solve real-world problems

• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

• Continuously experiment with emerging AI and Agentic technologies and identify practical ways to apply them

Qualifications:

Must:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a leading institution

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and ecosystems - through personal projects, academic work, freelance work, or previous professional experience

• Experience working with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenAI tools, LangChain, LangGraph or similar

• Strong problem-solving skills and fast learning ability

• High level of curiosity, ownership, and self-learning capabilities

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders

• Professional-level English

Advantages:

• Experience working with Cloud infrastructure, APIs, and REST architecture

• Python skills for automation, scripting, or data manipulation

• Experience building AI benchmarks and evaluating AI outputs

• Understanding of hallucination prevention and AI reliability methodologies

• Experience building independent side projects or AI-based products
