אנו מקימים צוות פיתוח פנימי ומחפשים מפתח שיצטרף לפיתוח אפליקציות ומערכות עבור החברות בקבוצה. זו הזדמנות להשתלב בשלב ההקמה של הצוות, לעבוד עם טכנולוגיות מתקדמות ולפתח מוצרים בעלי השפעה חברתית ממשית.

תחומי אחריות:

- פיתוח אפליקציות Web ומובייל מקצה לקצה, משלב האפיון ועד הפרודקשן

- פיתוח בצד השרת ובצד הלקוח, עבודה מול מסדי נתונים ותשתיות ענן

- פיתוח ושילוב יכולות AI במוצרים, כולל AI Agents

- עבודה בסביבת פיתוח מסודרת הכוללת Git, Code Review ו-CI/CD

דרישות:

- 0–2 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח Full Stack

- תואר במדעי המחשב או בתחום רלוונטי, בוגר/ת בוטקאמפ, או רקע מיחידה טכנולוגית

- ניסיון בפיתוח בצד השרת (Python / Node.js) ובצד הלקוח (React / Next.js)

- ניסיון בעבודה עם מסדי נתונים (PostgreSQL או דומה)

- ניסיון בעבודה עם ספקי ענן (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם כלי פיתוח מבוססי AI (כגון Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

- היכרות עם Git ו-CI/CD

We are building an in-house development team and are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to develop applications and web systems for the companies within the group. This is an opportunity to join the team at its founding stage, work with advanced AI technologies, and build products with real social impact.

Responsibilities:

- Develop web and mobile applications end to end, from specification to production

- Work across backend and frontend, databases and cloud infrastructure

- Develop and integrate AI capabilities into products, including AI agents

- Work within a structured development process including Git, code review and CI/CD

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of full stack development experience

- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, bootcamp graduate, or background in a military technology unit

- Experience with backend (Python / Node.js) and frontend (React / Next.js) development

- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL or similar)

- Experience with cloud providers (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Hands-on experience working with AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD

Advantages:
