Technical AI Product Manager

A leading organization is looking for a Technical AI Product Manager to join a dynamic role combining Systems Analysis, Product thinking, and AI Agents.

The role involves leading AI solutions end-to-end, from identifying business needs and defining the problem, through technical and functional analysis, collaboration with development teams, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Write specification documents, including PRDs, HLDs, and User Stories
• Lead AI solutions throughout their lifecycle - Design, Build, Run, Improve
• Manage Backlog, Roadmap, and task prioritization
• Define KPIs and measure business value and impact
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, Data, and IT
• Define governance, operating boundaries, and risk management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Product Management, or Business Analysis
• Hands-on experience writing functional and technical specifications - mandatory
• Experience working with complex Enterprise Systems
• Experience leading projects or products end-to-end
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
• Understanding of AI and AI Agents
• Strong product, business, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
