A leading global organization is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator for a hands-on role responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure within a modern hybrid environment.

This is a key position with ownership of business-critical systems, ensuring high availability, performance, resilience, and operational continuity while working closely with global teams and leading infrastructure initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure end-to-end

• Own and support servers, virtualization platforms, Cloud and SaaS environments, and core enterprise systems

• Work within a hybrid infrastructure environment combining On-Prem and Cloud technologies

• Implement and maintain networking, storage, backup, monitoring, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery solutions

• Lead infrastructure and technology transformation projects from planning through execution

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at an expert level

• Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, including evaluating and implementing new solutions

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and business continuity requirements

• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple locations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a global organization

• Proven experience working in hybrid environments combining On-Prem and Cloud infrastructures

• Strong background in servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup solutions, and information security

• Experience managing IT infrastructure across multi-site and multi-user environments

• Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, Cisco, Storage, and Backup Solutions

• Excellent English communication skills with experience working in a global environment
