We are looking for an experienced BIM Consultant to join our team on-site in the Tel Aviv District on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as the bridge between cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and on-site QA/QC execution. You will partner directly with client teams—including general contractors, project managers, and lead engineers—to implement, coordinate, and optimize multidisciplinary BIM workflows integrated with the Vi-Soft platform throughout the project lifecycle.

• BIM Implementation & Oversight: Lead model coordination and ensure strict adherence to project standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and data consistency across multidisciplinary models.
• Platform Integration: Work alongside project managers and field engineers to embed Vi-Soft’s digital QA/QC tracking and validation workflows into day-to-day BIM coordination processes.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil engineering teams to detect clashes, resolve technical discrepancies, and align physical execution with design intent.
• Client Guidance & Training: Serve as a subject-matter expert on-site, delivering hands-on training, troubleshooting modeling and workflow bottlenecks, and driving platform adoption among stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), modeling templates, and QA/QC documentation to continuously advance internal delivery standards.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a BIM-focused role (e.g., BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist, or BIM Consultant) within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and multidisciplinary clash detection/coordination workflows.
• Strong cross-disciplinary understanding of how structural, MEP, architectural, and civil/infrastructure elements interface in complex projects.
• Practical understanding of construction QA/QC methodologies, site inspection workflows, and project control mechanisms.
• Native/fluent Hebrew and professional-level English, with excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Formal BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE, or buildingSMART).
• Direct experience integrating cloud-based Common Data Environments (CDE) or field-management software into active job sites.
• Background working on major infrastructure, transit, or complex commercial construction projects.
