Resource Development and Partnerships Manager

Role Description The Resource Development and Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Shamir. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations, sponsors, and community stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include mapping potential partners, preparing proposals, managing partner accounts, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure mutual value and long-term collaboration. The role involves analyzing opportunities, tracking partnership performance, and contributing to resource development plans, including funding pipelines and joint projects. The manager will work closely with leadership and project teams to align partnerships with organizational goals and to support the sustainable growth of Amlania Workshop.

Qualifications

• Strong partnership-building abilities, including experience with Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating opportunities, funding prospects, and partnership performance.
• Experience in resource development, fundraising, or business development is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Maayan Baruch and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with standard office software and basic CRM or partnership-management tools.
