Cortex Platform - Cortex is the industry's only open and integrated, AI-based, continuous security platform. Cortex is a significant evolution of the Application Framework designed to simplify security operations and considerably improve outcomes. Deployed on a global, scalable public cloud platform, Cortex allows security operations teams to speed the analysis of massive data sets.

Job Summary

Join a world-class product management organization as a Technical Product Engineer, playing a pivotal role in delivering deep technical expertise to partners, customers, and internal teams. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving valuable insights and feedback from the field directly into our product development cycle. By experimenting with new technologies and addressing complex sales challenges, you will ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Work cross-functionally to shape the future of our continuous security platform and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise SOCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and customer teams to support innovation and execution.
• Coordinate and lead multi-departmental projects to drive alignment and deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Managers to provide feedback based on customer needs, field insights, and product gaps.
• Drive cloud-native security innovation for the modern SOC by identifying and enabling high-value use cases.
• Design and deliver technical content for cloud security platforms, including integrations, guides, and automation.
• Create high-quality enablement materials to help customers and partners adopt, integrate, and scale security solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with endpoint platforms, including forensics, EDR/SIEM, and incident response systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native security principles.
• Experience building SOC workflows, supporting incident response, and integrating security tools into enterprise environments.
• Experience with automation, AI tools, scripting, and integrating security technologies in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and execute effectively in complex, fast-paced enterprise settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the broader security operations landscape, including SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and ASM workflows.
• Familiarity with securing cloud workloads using contextual risk signals and automated enforcement.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and modern application architectures.
• Technically curious and highly motivated to master product details and establish best practices.
• Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and a high degree of professional integrity.
