Role Description The Deputy Chief Financial Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yehud Monosson, supporting the CFO in overseeing all financial operations of Dan-Pri Export & International Trade LTD. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, managing financial planning and budgeting processes, and monitoring financial performance against targets. The role involves leading financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Deputy CFO will analyze financial data to identify trends and risks, provide decision-support to senior leadership, and help optimize cash flow, cost structures, and investment decisions. This position also contributes to strengthening internal controls, improving financial systems and workflows, and mentoring finance team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong finance and financial planning skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Candidates should possess expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear presentation to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, variance analysis, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably in export, international trade, or similar industries, with familiarity with international financial practices and regulations.
• Strong proficiency with financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of working collaboratively across departments.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Yehud Monosson in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
