ERP Team Lead (Priority ERP)

About the role:

In this role, you will lead the ERP team at the company’s headquarters, delivering ERP development, implementation and improvement projects across the international group. You will combine team leadership with direct involvement in key projects, working with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective ERP solutions. The role offers significant impact on how ERP processes and solutions are developed and implemented globally covering a broad range of ERP initiatives, including implementations, process improvement, system configuration, integrations, and standardisation across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP team, setting priorities, coordinating workload, providing professional guidance and ensuring effective delivery.
• Lead end-to-end Priority ERP projects across the global organisation, from business requirements and planning through UAT and go-live.
• Drive business process analysis, solution design and standardisation across financial, commercial and logistics operations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Drive process improvements, automation and initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Ensure implementation quality across system configuration, permissions, testing and integrations.
• Support complex functional issues, user adoption and project reporting where required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, including 1+ years working with Priority ERP.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field.
• Understanding of financial, commercial and logistics processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Systemic thinking, a technical mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
