We are looking for an experienced Head of Systems Analysis Team to lead and manage a team of Systems Analysts, drive complex analysis processes, and ensure high-quality business and technical specifications.

This role combines people management, professional leadership, end-to-end systems analysis, and delivery ownership, working closely with business and technology stakeholders in a complex, multi-system environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct management and professional leadership of a team of Systems Analysts
• Mentoring, professional development, and implementation of standardized analysis methodologies
• Establishing analysis processes, templates, standards, and best practices
• Ensuring the quality, completeness, and consistency of analysis deliverables
• Leading the end-to-end analysis process, from business requirements through handoff to development
• Managing analysis deliverables and supporting Sprint / PI / quarterly goals
• Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and specification gaps
• Working closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, and business stakeholders
• Leading analysis of complex core and digital systems
• Defining functional solutions and functional architecture
• Preparing and reviewing complex business and technical specifications
• Driving Agile methodologies and best practices across the analysis function
• Improving analysis processes, knowledge management, and organizational standards
• Defining quality metrics and leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Reporting status, risks, blockers, and dependencies to management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex Systems Analysis – mandatory
• 2–3+ years of experience managing a team of Systems Analysts – mandatory
• Proven experience in financial environments, including stocks, options, and financial products – mandatory
• Proven experience writing complex business and technical specifications – mandatory
• Experience with databases and data modeling – mandatory
• Experience working with multiple interfaces and integrated systems – mandatory
• Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments – mandatory
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
