Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Project Manager for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area.

The role includes leading a major, large-scale project to replace the existing appointment scheduling system, currently developed in an AS400 environment, and implementing an external Q-Flow solution.

Responsibilities:

Leading the project end-to-end, from planning through go-live and implementation

Managing the replacement of the existing appointment scheduling system and implementation of Q-Flow

Working closely with the external vendor, business stakeholders, Information Systems teams, and development teams

Managing project planning, execution, coordination, and control across multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing complex, large-scale Information Systems projects

Experience managing end-to-end projects, including work plans, schedules, tasks, budgets, risks, and controls

Significant experience managing external software or systems vendors

Experience working in a matrix environment and leading development teams and technology stakeholders without direct managerial authority

Experience with projects involving the implementation or replacement of enterprise systems and integration with existing systems

Experience working with business and technology stakeholders and managing multiple interfaces and stakeholders

Strong leadership and execution capabilities, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
