Information Systems Trainer

Comblack is looking for an Information Systems Trainer & Implementer!

The role combines the development of professional training materials, delivery of face-to-face training sessions, and hands-on system implementation for end users. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing training needs, supporting users throughout the implementation process, and providing ongoing assistance during the transition to new information systems.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in Information Systems training, in either a military or civilian environment
• Hands-on experience delivering face-to-face training and implementing information systems in at least one project
• Experience developing training materials, including presentations, user guides, e-learning content, and instructional videos
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with end users and provide hands-on support
