Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Sentrycs, an Ondas company, provides advanced counter-drone solutions that help organizations detect, track, identify, and mitigate unauthorized drones. Our solutions protect defense, homeland security, critical infrastructure, and public-safety environments worldwide.

As Sentrycs continues to expand internationally, our network of Value-Added Resellers is central to strengthening our presence in local markets and delivering value to customers.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Channel Marketing Manager to develop and lead our channel marketing activities across international markets outside the United States and Canada.

Working closely with Sentrycs’ Business Development team and Value-Added Resellers, you will turn business priorities into effective joint marketing programs that build local market awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate revenue. You will serve as the primary marketing contact for Sentrycs’ VAR community outside the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities:

Channel Planning

• Build Sentrycs’ international channel marketing strategy in alignment with revenue targets and regional sales priorities.
• Define scalable programs for partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, enablement, and build quarterly joint marketing plans with strategic VARs across EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America,
  
  

• Own the planning, allocation, and performance measurement of Sentrycs’ Market Development Funds program for partners within the role’s geographic scope.
• Support the onboarding of new partners and establish clear expectations for joint go-to-market activity.
• Develop integrated partner campaigns - designed around measurable business outcomes - across digital marketing, email, webinars, customer meetings, roadshows, and other field activities, including repeatable “event-in-a-box” programs that partners can deploy efficiently.
• Work with Product Marketing to provide partners with effective and localized sales and marketing materials, including presentations, battle cards, campaign content, and customer-facing assets.
• Identify opportunities for joint thought leadership, customer stories, media activity, and market education.
  
  

• At least ten years of B2B marketing experience, including significant experience in channel, partner, or alliance marketing.
• Demonstrated success building joint marketing programs with resellers, distributors, integrators, or strategic partners.
• Experience supporting channel ecosystems across multiple international markets.
• Strong commercial orientation and a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience managing MDF or co-marketing budgets.
• Strong project-management skills, with the ability to move confidently between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing-automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the confidence to challenge partners constructively when required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
  
  

• Experience in defense, homeland security, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, public safety, or another complex B2B technology market.
• Experience marketing solutions that combine hardware and software.
• Understanding of compliance considerations associated with defense-or security-related marketing.
