Controller- To a High-Growth Tech Startup | Tel Aviv

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Controller to join dynamic finance team in a successful, rapidly growing startup based in Tel Aviv.

• In this role, you will take ownership of month-end closures, workpaper controls, reporting under US GAAP, and revenue recognition processes. Joining us will expose you to cutting-edge financial forecasting, advanced data environments, and state-of-the-art AI tools.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closure processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial workpapers and controls.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with US GAAP standards.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes .
• Collaborate with the finance team on advanced financial forecasting, data analysis, and AI-driven financial processes.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Big 4 alumni (Must).
• 2–3 years of post-Big 4 experience in a high-tech company or startup — SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition.
• High level of self-management and ability to work independently.
• Very strong English (written and verbal) (Must).
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools, specifically Claude, to streamline financial workflows.
• Strong problem-solving mindset ("ability to crack complex challenges").
• High accountability, adaptability, and excellent analytical and technical skills.
