🚀 Operations Manager | Fintech Payments & Orchestration Platform

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and highly driven Operations Manager to join a fast-growing fintech company operating a cutting-edge payment orchestration platform serving payment providers, acquirers, and financial institutions worldwide.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform's monitoring and control systems.

• Monitor payment flows and transactions, identifying anomalies, fraud indicators, and operational issues in real time.

• Investigate and resolve operational incidents, including urgent matters outside standard working hours when required.

• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead and manage a remote Operations team, including task allocation, performance management, reporting, and KPI tracking.

• Build and maintain dashboards and operational performance metrics.

• Work closely with CRM and BI systems to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Operations, Compliance, Risk, Support, and Development teams.

• Act as the central point of coordination for compliance-driven integrations and operational processes.

• Develop, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Communicate with international partners, banks, acquirers, and payment providers regarding operational matters.

• Proven experience in Operations within the payments, fintech, acquiring, or payment processing industry.

• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

• Solid understanding of payment flows, acquiring, transaction processing, and reconciliation processes.

• Experience managing remote teams and driving operational performance.

• Strong knowledge of CRM and BI systems.

• Basic SQL skills and the ability to analyze data and generate reports.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and payment orchestration environments.

• Experience with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.

• Understanding of fraud detection, risk monitoring, and operational controls.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and experience working with global teams and partners.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
