Digital Systems Analyst | Financial Systems | Shfela Area

A leading financial organization in the Shfela area is looking for an experienced Digital Systems Analyst to lead the analysis and specification of complex digital systems across Web and Mobile platforms.

The role covers the full analysis lifecycle, from refining business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications to defining APIs and system interactions and collaborating closely with Development, QA, and UX/UI teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end analysis and specification of digital systems and solutions
• Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Create detailed HLD and LLD specifications
• Define system interfaces and APIs using REST and/or GraphQL
• Work with JSON and Swagger/OpenAPI
• Analyze and specify solutions based on Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture
• Model business and system processes using UML, including Use Case, Sequence, and Activity Diagrams
• Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Work with UX/UI teams to review and validate Wireframes and Prototypes
• Support the solution throughout the analysis, development, and implementation lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 3–4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis – required
• Proven Systems Analysis experience within a financial organization and/or bank – required
• Proven experience analyzing and specifying digital systems for Web and Mobile platforms – required
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Experience leading end-to-end analysis processes and creating HLD and LLD documentation
• Experience defining APIs and system interfaces
• Experience with REST and/or GraphQL, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI
• Experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with UML, including Use Case, Sequence, and Activity Diagrams
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and validating Wireframes and Prototypes
