Are you ready to make falling in love feel effortless - one perfectly-timed animation at a time? Mylo isn't just another dating app; it's an AI matchmaker built to actually find love. Dating is broken, and we're fixing it.

Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a startup with a big mission: after a successful launch, we're gearing up for a major U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just write Flutter widgets - you'll craft the motion and feel that make Mylo's AI matchmaker feel human.

What You'll Do

• Own the experience - build and maintain Mylo's Flutter app across iOS and Android, end to end.
• Bring motion to life - design the animations and micro-interactions that make a match reveal feel magical, not mechanical: procedural character animation, custom transitions, and gesture- and physics-driven motion.
• Chase the frame - keep even the busiest screens buttery smooth at 60/120fps, profiling and fixing real bottlenecks rather than guessing.
• Own the platform layer - Firebase, networking, auth, and secure local storage that stay reliable in production.
• Ship it for real - take releases live on the App Store and Google Play, and keep them healthy.

Who You Are

• Experienced - 5+ years in mobile, including 3+ years shipping Flutter/Dart in production.
• A Flutter & animation powerhouse — expert with BLoC/Cubit state management (flutter_bloc, HydratedBloc: immutable state, buildWhen/listenWhen, BlocSelector, granular rebuilds) and DI via GetIt + Injectable; strong across AnimationController, Tween/Curve, implicit and explicit animations, custom route transitions, and CustomPainter/Canvas rendering.
• Performance-obsessed - you treat 60/120fps as non-negotiable, know Flutter DevTools and Impeller, and reach for RepaintBoundary and rebuild discipline deliberately, not as an afterthought.
• Platform-fluent - Firebase (Remote Config, App Check, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance); Dio networking with interceptors, retry, and auth-token injection; AWS Amplify/Cognito-style auth; local persistence (Hive, SharedPreferences, secure storage); and responsive, localized UI with RTL (Hebrew).
• Ship-tested - you've shipped and maintained live apps on both stores: build flavors, signing, release management, CI/CD (Codemagic or similar), backed by unit/widget testing and clean Git hygiene.
• A startup operator - extreme ownership, bias for speed, comfortable with ambiguity.

Bonus Points Fragment shaders (GLSL) or procedural-animation math; native iOS/Android via platform channels; real-time data (AppSync GraphQL subscriptions / WebSocket / SignalR); in-app purchases; media/image pipelines; device haptics - and, just as much, the judgment to know when not to reach for them.
