DevOps Infrastructure Engineer

OpenShift & Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineer | Leading Credit Company | Central Israel

A leading credit company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced OpenShift & Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing technology team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise application infrastructure in Production environments.

The role combines hands-on OpenShift/Kubernetes engineering, automation, monitoring, and Open Source technologies, as well as researching and implementing new platforms and infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
• Install and upgrade enterprise OpenShift environments
• Install, manage, and upgrade Operators
• Implement and maintain platforms including Kafka, Redis, Vault, and other infrastructure technologies
• Research and implement new platforms, Open Source technologies, and infrastructure solutions
• Work with Argo CD, Git, JFrog Artifactory, and tools supporting the OpenShift ecosystem
• Manage and monitor environments using Prometheus and Grafana
• Design and implement monitoring for enterprise applications
• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and Bash
• Work with Linux-based operating systems
• Manage SSL, Certificates, and secure access configurations
• Work with enterprise networking solutions, including Load Balancers
• Participate in architecture planning and evaluate new technologies and tools

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on OpenShift/Kubernetes experience in Production environments – required
• Experience installing and upgrading OpenShift environments and managing Operators – required
• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems
• Knowledge of SSL, Certificates, and secure access principles
• Familiarity with enterprise networking solutions, including Load Balancers
• Experience working with Git; Bitbucket is preferred
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory
• Experience developing automation and scripts using Python and/or Bash
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana
• High level of English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
