BackEnd Developer

We are hiring a Backend Developer for Cal, a financial company offering a hybrid work model and convenient access to light rail, responsible for developing scalable Microservices-based systems using NestJS, TypeScript, and modern architecture patterns

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Backend solutions using NestJS and TypeScript
• Design and develop scalable Microservices-based systems in Production environments
• Apply SOLID principles and Clean Architecture patterns
• Work with distributed systems, Message Brokers, API Gateways, and asynchronous communication
• Contribute to a growing product platform and work with modern AI-based development assistants

REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant hands-on experience with NestJS and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture patterns
• Proven experience designing and building Microservices systems in Production environments
• Good understanding of distributed systems, Message Brokers, API Gateways, and asynchronous communication
• Experience with Angular or Frontend development, familiarity with AI-based development assistants such as Codex and Claude Code, and knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases and testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
