על המחלקה:

מחלקת תאגידים נמצאת במרכז העשייה בשוק ההון ותפקידה המרכזי הוא לפקח על כלל התאגידים שהנפיקו ניירות ערך לציבור (מניות ואגרות חוב) אשר מרביתם אף נסחרים בבורסה בתל אביב. במחלקה עובדים רואי חשבון, עורכי דין וכלכלנים, שתפקידם לפקח על התאגידים המדווחים בכל ההיבטים הקשורים לחובות שלהם על פי דיני ניירות ערך ודיני החברות.

במחלקה תוכלו לראות מקרוב איך שוק ההון באמת עובד - איך נולדות הנפקות, איך חברות ציבוריות מדווחות ואיך מתקבלות ההחלטות שמעצבות את הכלכלה הישראלית.

על הטרם-התמחות:

התפקיד כולל, בין היתר, טרום התמחות בחשבונאות ולאחר מכן התמחות במחלקת תאגידים עם סיום התואר בחשבונאות ומעבר מבחני המועצה. במסגרת טרום ההתמחות תהיו חלק מצוות מקצועי וממערך הפיקוח על תאגידים מדווחים בענפי פעילות מגוונים (כדוגמת טכנולוגיה, מדעי חיים, אנרגיה, נדל״ן, תעשיה, קמעונאות ועוד). תעסקו בניתוח ובדיקת תשקיפים ודוחות כספיים, תעקבו אחר דיווחים שוטפים המוגשים לרשות, תשתתפו בליווי הנפקות לראשונה (IPO), ותיחשפו לסוגיות חשבונאיות, משפטיות וכלכליות (הערכות שווי).

העבודה משלבת עומק מקצועי, מקנה ראיה רחבה ומורכבת – חשבונאית, משפטית ועסקית – חשיבה אנליטית וחשיפה ישירה לבכירי המשק: מנכ״לים, סמנכ״לי כספים ושותפים במשרדי רו״ח מהמובילים בארץ, בצמוד לעבודה עם אנשי מקצוע מהמובילים בתחום.

תנאי סף:

- הצטיינות בלימודים;

- סוף שנה ב' או שנה ג' במסלול תואר ראשון בחשבונאות ממוסד מוכר להשכלה גבוהה;

- כישורי ביטוי גבוהים בכתב ובעל פה;

- יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות;

תנאים וכישורים המקנים יתרון:

- היכרות עם כללי IFRS ותקני ביקורת שנלמדים בשנות התואר הרלוונטיות;

- היכרות עם שוק ההון והבנה של מערכות הכללים הקשורות בו;

- רקע והבנה בשימוש בכלים טכנולוגיים לרבות כלי AI;

- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד;

About the Corporations Department

The Corporations Department plays a central role in Israel's capital market. The department supervises publicly traded and reporting companies that have issued securities to the public, including shares and bonds, many of which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The department brings together accountants, lawyers, and economists who oversee reporting corporations and their compliance with Israeli securities and corporate law.

This is an opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to how the capital market actually operates: how IPOs are conducted, how public companies report, and how financial and business decisions are made.

About the Pre-Internship

The position begins with an accounting pre-internship and may continue into a professional internship in the Corporations Department following completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and the relevant professional examinations.

As part of the pre-internship, you will join a professional team involved in supervising reporting corporations across a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, energy, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and more.

Your work will include analyzing and reviewing prospectuses and financial statements, monitoring ongoing reports submitted to the Israel Securities Authority, participating in IPO processes, and gaining exposure to accounting, legal, and economic matters, including valuation.

The role offers a combination of professional depth and a broad perspective across accounting, legal, and business disciplines. It involves analytical work and direct exposure to senior figures in the Israeli economy, including CEOs, CFOs, and partners at leading accounting firms, while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Required:

• Academic excellence
• Second-year student nearing completion of the second year, or third-year student, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at a recognized higher education institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities

Advantages:

• Familiarity with IFRS and auditing standards covered during the relevant stages of the degree
• Familiarity with the capital market and its regulatory framework
• Experience and familiarity with technological tools, including AI tools
