As part of our Professional Services team, you'll work directly with customers, understand how businesses operate, and help design solutions that make their work simpler, smarter, and more scalable.

What You'll Do

• implement business solutions using monday.com
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build workflows, automations, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered solutions
• Work closely with customers to understand their goals and translate them into practical solutions
• Lead implementation projects from discovery through delivery
• Learn how different businesses operate across a wide range of industries
• Continuously develop your consulting, technical, and problem-solving skills

We're Looking For

• Recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their careers
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn
• Passion for technology, AI, and business processes
• Fluent Hebrew and English
