We’re looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention and growth initiatives across multiple regulated markets. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape and execute digital marketing strategies, work cross-functionally with CRM, Commercial, Product and Operations teams, and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Build market-specific marketing plans, performance targets and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead and optimise acquisition channels including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Media.
• Drive customer growth, retention and lifetime value through data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, channel investment and ROI optimisation.
• Partner with CRM teams to enhance customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, loyalty programmes and engagement strategies.
• Deliver performance reporting, forecasting and actionable market insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 7+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations or growth marketing.
• 3+ years' experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong expertise in customer acquisition, retention, segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, attribution modelling, digital media platforms and marketing performance reporting.
• Proven success managing substantial marketing budgets and maximising return on investment.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, planning and project management abilities.

Desirable

• Experience within online gaming, sports betting, casino, fintech, e-commerce or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and customer lifecycle programmes.
• Knowledge of customer lifetime value modelling, forecasting and growth analytics.
• Proven success scaling customer growth initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and retention strategies.
