Business Data Solutions Lead

A large and leading organization is looking for a Business Data Solutions Lead to join a key role within the Data and BI domain.

This is a business-oriented position involving close collaboration with multiple business units, deep understanding of complex processes, and translating business needs into Data requirements, information models, and BI solutions that support decision-making.

The role is suitable for someone with broad business understanding, strong analytical capabilities, the ability to dive into complex processes, lead multiple interfaces, and work independently with senior stakeholders, Information Systems teams, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define complex cross-organizational business processes
• Work directly with business users and managers
• Translate business needs into Data and BI requirements
• Define business logic, hierarchies, KPIs, and data mappings
• Define changes to data models and the DWH environment
• Work with core enterprise systems, with emphasis on SAP
• Support solutions from requirements and specification through testing and go-live
• Work closely with BI, Development, Integration, and Business Applications teams
• Support implementation and change adoption among business users

Requirements:

• Significant experience in analyzing and understanding complex business processes – Mandatory
• Previous experience in a B2B environment, with strong understanding of sales, order management, and delivery processes – Mandatory
• Experience in Data / BI / DWH environments – Mandatory
• Experience working with SAP and good understanding of the system – significant advantage
• Familiarity with Reporting and Analytics solutions such as Power BI, BO, or similar tools
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with senior business and technology stakeholders
