Service Delivery Manager

We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager for a global cybersecurity company, responsible for end-to-end service and support management of complex technology systems and solutions implemented for government-sector clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end service delivery after systems go live
• Manage ongoing relationships with government-sector clients
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and SLA requirements
• Manage service and support for complex technology systems and solutions
• Work at client sites and travel abroad as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Approximately 10 years of experience in IT, including significant experience in Technology Service Management / Service Delivery in complex environments
• Experience working with Enterprise clients and managing multiple interfaces – mandatory
• Background in Cybersecurity, Digital Identity, government systems, or complex technology solutions – an advantage
• Very high level of Hebrew and English, willingness to travel abroad occasionally at short notice, and a valid Top Secret security clearance Level 3 – a significant advantage
