CAD Application Engineer (Support)

About the Role

The Engineering & Development Center within the Aviation Division is looking for a CAD Application Engineer (Support).

The role includes:

• Providing ongoing technical support to software users.

• Supporting software infrastructure and environments.

• Developing and implementing work methodologies and best practices.

• Training users.

• Troubleshooting and providing solutions to complex technical issues.

• Working closely with IT teams and the software vendor.

• Customizing the system to meet specific project requirements.

• Writing technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience working with CAD software.

• In-depth understanding of CAD systems and methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong self-learning capabilities.

• Experience in technical support or user training, an advantage.
