Technical Product Manager- 242887

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the delivery of complex software systems for advanced space technologies.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an engineer ready to take broader ownership across technology, execution, and delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects.
• Lead engineers and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Drive priorities, execution plans, milestones, and technical decisions.
• Partner with Development, Integration, and QA teams.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep execution moving.
• Connect engineering requirements with product and business goals.
• Operate in an Agile development environment using Azure.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar delivery-focused role.
• Experience leading complex technical projects, processes, or workstreams.
• Strong technical foundation and experience working with software development teams.
• Ability to influence, prioritize, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and Azure environments is a strong advantage.
• Background in defense, complex software systems, or military technology units is a plus.
