Hardware Designer

We are seeking a hands-on Hardware Designer to lead hardware and electrical development for our agricultural machinery across the entire product lifecycle. In this role, you will take electronics from initial schematics and PCB design through lab prototyping, mass production, and field deployment.

Role responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of electronic circuits, PCB layout, and component selection.
• Build, solder, and assemble prototypes to integrate PCBs with mechanical components.
• Conduct lab and field testing to ensure reliability under real operating conditions.
• Prepare hardware for mass production and coordinate with manufacturing partners.
• Troubleshoot high-level electrical issues and generate development documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PCB design and layout using software such as Altium, or OrCAD.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as CAN bus, RS485, or UART.
• You must possess strong hands-on skills in electronic prototyping, including soldering, assembly, and testing of electromechanical systems.
• You need a deep understanding of electronic components and the ability to read, interpret, and create complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad 
• A driving license and a car.
• Fluent English

Preferable profile

• Experience with micro controllers such  Arduino and ESP32
• Experience with  Altium, JLCPCB
• Practical experience in the agriculture industry
• Experience with high voltage systems.
