Junior Project Manager | Defense & Electronics Industry

Join a leading company specializing in custom power supplies and communication systems for the defense, aerospace, and civil aviation industries.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our R&D Project Management team and take part in managing innovative, multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Build, track, and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate activities between R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation plans.
• Drive tasks independently and ensure timely execution.
• Assist senior Project Managers in leading complex projects.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or defense environment is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Project is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Technical orientation and motivation to grow into a Project Management career.
