Director of Finance

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our executive team as Director of Finance leading our Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Control operations across the Group.

This is a senior key leadership role, serving as a strategic business partner to executive management to support decision-making, risk management, efficiency processes, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of group financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual), financial consolidation, and strict adherence to IFRS standards.
• Directing corporate cash flow, financial performance analysis, working capital controls, and P&L evaluations.
• Leading accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), vendor management, payments, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, overseeing tax compliance, regulatory standards, and internal control systems.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing accounting and finance teams while driving continuous process improvements and SAP ERP enhancements.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Must.
• 8–10 years of experience in accounting, financial control, and reporting within a large corporate group or multi-entity organization.
• Proven leadership track record in managing teams and complex financial units.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, financial consolidation, taxation, and internal control frameworks.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems – Advantage.
• Big 4 background – Significant advantage.
