AI Adoption & Implementation Consultant- JB-762

PwC NEXT is expanding its AI practice and is looking for an experienced AI Adoption & Implementation Consultant for a freelance, project-based role, with at least 5 years of software development experience, to help a diverse portfolio of clients across industries successfully adopt and scale AI solutions.

We are seeking a professional with strong technology capabilities, hands-on AI development experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders : from business leaders and end users to development teams, team leads, and senior technology executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions for a diverse range of clients across sectors and industries.
• Work directly with client-side development teams, team leads, technology executives, and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical AI solutions.
• Design and develop AI training programs, learning journeys, workshop content, and practical enablement materials for executives, managers, employees, and technology teams.
• Guide clients through AI adoption, organizational readiness, and change management initiatives.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions.
• Work with leading AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies.
• Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, AI Assistants, and business automation solutions.
• Partner closely with clients and stakeholders to maximize business value from AI investments.

Required Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in AI development, software development, AI implementation, technology consulting, or related technology roles.

✔ Proven experience developing AI-based solutions, applications, agents, or automation capabilities.

✔ Proven experience in instructional design, training development, facilitation, and building enablement materials for business and technology audiences.✔ Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and leading AI platforms.

✔ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into high-value AI solutions.

✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to work independently with clients, executives, development teams, team leads, and cross-functional technology stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience developing AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.

⭐ Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Claude, or similar platforms.

⭐ Experience leading AI Adoption, Enablement, Digital Transformation, or Change Management programs.

⭐ Background in consulting firms or client-facing Enterprise projects.

⭐ Experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
