SAP Development Manager

We’re Hiring: SAP Development Manager 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Development Manager to lead a team of SAP ABAP Developers and take ownership of complex development projects in a large-scale SAP environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and professionally manage a team of SAP ABAP Developers

• Own development projects end-to-end – planning, prioritization, task allocation, and delivery

• Lead complex SAP projects, including system upgrades

• Review technical designs and provide professional guidance before development

• Ensure development quality through Code Reviews and professional standards

• Collaborate closely with SAP implementation and infrastructure teams

• Manage releases, transports, and production deployments

• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues

• Drive continuous improvement across development processes

What we’re looking for:

✓ 5+ years of development experience in SAP ECC environments

✓ 2+ years of experience managing a development team

✓ Experience leading complex technological projects

✓ Strong leadership skills and a broad technical perspective

✓ Experience with S/4HANA migration – an advantage

The SAP environment includes ECC, CRM, BW, PI, and Gateway.
