Communication & Telephony Expert

We are looking for a Communication & Telephony Expert to join a leading enterprise environment, taking ownership of critical communication and telephony systems, supporting ongoing operations, and leading infrastructure projects from design to implementation.

About the Role:

The role involves operating, maintaining, and implementing Cisco telephony and communication systems, supporting business-critical services, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in infrastructure projects from planning through deployment and training.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the following areas:
• Operation, maintenance, and implementation of recording systems: NICE, ACE.
• Management of Cisco IP Telephony systems (CUCM, Cisco phones), including CUCM configuration, phones, SIP, TRUNK, etc.
• Background in networks and infrastructures, with knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, RTP).
• Leading and implementing projects, including technical design, installation, and training.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
