Job Description:

A new system serving thousands of users is seeking a Systems Analyst & Project Manager with a strong technical background and the ability to independently lead and manage the system.

The role includes:

• Independently leading and managing the system and its related projects.
• Ongoing collaboration with multiple clients, understanding their needs and challenges, prioritizing requirements, and providing solutions.
• Analyzing business and clinical needs and translating them into technical requirements and AI-based solutions.
• Defining processes, data, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding the system architecture and its components, including the processes taking place "behind the scenes."
• Writing detailed requirements documents, including specifications and development-ready documents.
• Supporting and guiding development teams throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis through development and implementation.
• Providing creative solutions to problems and needs arising from the field.
• Defining tasks, tracking execution, and monitoring progress.
• Preparing status reports and updates for project stakeholders.
• Coordinating and driving multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including development teams and vendors.
• Working with information security, hardware infrastructure, and communications teams.
• Working in a multi-tasking and highly cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in technology project management and systems analysis.
• Experience managing projects, preferably in the healthcare sector and clinical systems.
• Experience in systems analysis and a strong understanding of business processes and customer needs.
• Strong technical background and understanding of system architecture and its components.
• Experience with matrix management and driving employees and tasks.
• Experience working closely with development teams and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate a broad systems perspective.
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn independently, with high motivation and a strong desire for professional growth.
• Background and experience working with healthcare systems.
