Full Stack Team Lead

We are hiring a Full Stack Team Lead for an Israeli startup company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative Full Stack Web applications
• Provide technical leadership to a small Development team while maintaining approximately 80% Hands-on development and 20% management
• Design system architecture
• Develop Client-side and Server-side applications
• Work with APIs, databases, and Cloud environments, collaborate with C++ teams, Product Managers, and additional teams, and develop high-performance Real-Time systems

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Full Stack Web development, including 2 years of experience leading a Development team
• Experience in Front-End development with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML
• Experience in Back-End development with at least one of the following technologies: .NET, Python, or Node.js, including working with APIs
• Experience working with databases and Cloud environments for development and production
• Experience developing Real-Time systems or high-performance applications
