Corporate M&A Attorney – Corporate & Securities Department

Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer to join the corporate M&A team within its Corporate & Securities Department.

We advise leading PE and VC funds as well as technology and other private and public companies on cross-border M&A, venture capital and private equity investments, general corporate matters, including corporate governance, joint ventures and related legal and commercial aspects. We are looking for individuals passionate about excellence and innovation in law and technology. This opportunity is ideal for those eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, serving fascinating local and international clients across sectors, such as defense-tech, cybersecurity, generative AI, fintech and Media and entertainment.

Requirements:

*1-6 years of experience at a leading law firm in Israel or a common law jurisdiction (e.g., the US, UK, Canada, or Australia), preferably in corporate law including M&A, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate governance.

* Graduated from a top educational institution in Israel or a common law jurisdiction and admitted to practice law in Israel and/or such jurisdiction(s).

* Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

* Demonstrated excellence in corporate law, with experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents.

* Passionate, ambitious, and thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments, with curiosity about emerging technologies.

* A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
