Planning Manager

A leading food company is looking for a Planning Manager.

The position can also be based at the company’s site in the North

The role includes:

• Managing and leading a team of planning analysts, including personal development
• Leading strategic planning across varying time horizons and partnering in building the business unit’s strategy; managing proactive planning
• Deriving annual and domain-specific work plans, including KPIs and KBIs
• Implementing the Supply Chain Division’s strategy and leading Best Practice processes
• Coaching and implementing new methodologies

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a degree in Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning, preferably in the consumer goods/food industry
• Management experience and experience managing multidisciplinary processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as advanced planning tools and Office
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of S&OP, RCCP, optimization, and productivity processes
• Experience building partnerships with cross-functional interfaces
• Travel to the North/Central regions is required
