Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of Israel inventory management strategies and tools required to achieve the agreed business objectives for both Inventory and service
• Oversee and ensure capacity planning elements of the SBP. Prepare mass balance updates and make outputs visible to the Israel team.
• Oversee and ensure capacity optimization of long term (2-5 years) and collaborate with planners to ensure capacity optimization of mid-term (3-18 months) plans to minimize total delivered costs and meet customer service requirements.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to Leadership on supply chain initiatives across the region.
• Drive supply chain collaboration with regional functions including service, availability, communication of portfolio and Strategic planning change execution.
• Provide support for safety stock management and activities required to deliver annual year on year inventory reductions.
• Review, refresh and analyse the MPS files each month
• Be an influential leader within Product Supply and functional resources toward driving best practice and standardized capacity planning processes
  
  

Qualifications

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications

• Prior 3+ years of experience in operations planning within FMCG.
• Proven expertise in information management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and management Engineering or related field.

• Strong analytical skills
• Prior experience in supply chain, particularly in Forecasting and planning is essential.
• Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to influence and shape decisions across the functions and with senior management
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and motivated team player who is able to work with a variety of individuals and cross-functional teams to take initiatives to problem solve.
