🚨 We’re Hiring | Legal Counsel – Capital Markets

📍 Holon, Israel

Are you an experienced attorney looking to take the next step in Capital Markets & Corporate Governance?

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Secretary Division and take part in key corporate, regulatory and business activities.

What you’ll do:

• Corporate governance & Securities Law matters

• MAGNA, TASE & ISA regulatory reporting

• Support for the Board of Directors and its committees

• M&A, related-party transactions & capital raising

• Securities compliance and regulatory matters

• Work with senior management, directors, regulators, investors & external counsel

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Active Israeli Bar License – Mandatory

✔️ 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Securities Law – Mandatory

✔️ Experience with Securities Law reporting

✔️ Public company Corporate Secretary experience or leading Capital Markets law firm – Strong advantage

✔️ Excellent Hebrew & English

✔️ Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills
