SPEEDATA is looking for an organized, creative, and proactive assistant to support our marketing, communications, and administrative activities. Working directly with the Chief Administration Officer, you’ll help create content, prepare visual materials, maintain our digital presence, and keep projects and day-to-day tasks moving.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong writing skills, a good visual eye, and an interest in technology.

Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer

Requirements:

• Up to two years of relevant experience; internships, student roles, and personal projects count.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• A creative eye and practical experience with Canva and PowerPoint.
• Interest in content, social media, and digital marketing.
• Comfort learning new tools and working with technical subject matter.
• Familiarity with website editing or email marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Sales materials: Work with sales and product teams to prepare and maintain customer-facing presentations, company overviews, and supporting materials.
• Content and social media: Help draft and prepare LinkedIn posts, company news, and other marketing content. Maintain the content calendar and coordinate approvals and publishing.
• Design and marketing materials: Create and update presentations, brochures, simple graphics, and branded materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and existing templates.
• Website: Keep website content, news, and company information current, coordinating updates with relevant teams and external providers.
• Campaign support: Assist with email campaigns and other marketing initiatives, including content preparation, contact-list organization, and basic performance tracking.
• Brand consistency: Ensure materials follow company brand guidelines and maintain an organized collection of approved templates, images, and content.
