Gen AI Developer

A leading organization is looking for a Gen AI Developer to join its Data Science department. The role combines hands-on development and advanced research in the field of Generative AI.

Build products and applications powered by LLMs, develop autonomous AI Agents, design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that connect models to organizational knowledge, perform advanced Prompt Engineering, develop in Python using leading frameworks and libraries, and research and evaluate emerging tools and technologies in the Generative AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field — required
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in development or data analysis, with strong and proven experience working with LLMs during the past year — required
• Advanced Python proficiency — required
• Proven experience writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and preparation — required
• Hands-on experience with advanced Prompt Engineering, including System Prompts, Chain-of-Thought techniques, and related methodologies
• In-depth familiarity with different LLM models and their capabilities
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks for building LLM applications
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and model/application evaluation
• Experience with databases such as Elasticsearch or PostgreSQL — an advantage
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent — an advantage
