Ecommerce Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Manage Operations & Documentation: Own Jira ticketing workflows, create PRDs and operational briefs in English, and generate regular reports on sales performance and e-commerce health.
• Optimize the E-commerce Journey: Take ownership of key e-commerce flows (checkout, payments, delivery, inventory, EPP, and trade-in). Document workflows, identify operational gaps, and coordinate improvements.
• Communicate with Global Teams: Write clear, detailed briefs and requirements in English for development teams in Korea and globally. Manage day-to-day communication to ensure our business needs are clearly understood and prioritized.
• Ensure Quality & Support Releases: Support QA and UAT processes, document test cases and acceptance criteria, coordinate production releases, and rapidly escalate and track website or Shop App issues that impact business.
• Orchestrate Launches: Coordinate full digital readiness for major marketing campaigns and new product launches. Track performance post-launch and document learnings.

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfort with project tracking tools (Jira or similar ticketing systems) and ability to organize complex workflows.
• Proven ability to document processes clearly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Bonus Points (Advantages):

• Background in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or D2C environments.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (SAP Commerce / Hybris).
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or GA4.
• Prior experience documenting or coordinating integrations for logistics, payments, inventory, or trade-in systems.
• Experience operating within a large global corporate matrix.
