Junior Account Manager

Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner Support: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for existing affiliate partners and B2B operators, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth communication.
• Onboarding & Execution: Assist in onboarding new partners, setting up tracking links, and ensuring technical and operational integration runs flawlessly.
• Data Analysis: Monitor daily/weekly campaign performance, track traffic quality, and analyze key metrics (conversion rates, ROI) using Excel and internal tools.
• Optimization: Identify trends and look for opportunities to help existing partners optimize their traffic and grow their volume.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with internal Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to resolve partner issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing (experience in iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech is a massive plus, but not a dealbreaker).
• Analytical Mindset: Highly comfortable with numbers. Solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and an ability to spot trends in data.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (as you will be working extensively with global partners).
• Drive & Agility: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who can easily adapt to new platforms, CRM tools, and tracking systems.
