About the Brand: MARMOR HOUSE is a growing premium home textile brand. As an e-commerce company that places customer experience and product quality at the forefront, we are looking for a service-oriented, sharp, and highly organized Customer Support Agent to join our team remotely. This role combines direct customer support with general operational and logistical tasks.

What does the role include?

Digital Customer Support:

• Handling multi-channel communication via WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and Emails.
• Maintaining a premium, personal, and consistent brand voice.
• Providing real-time responses and solving customer inquiries end-to-end.

Operations & Order Support:

• Order Life Cycle support: Assisting with order processing, exchanges, returns, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
• Logistics Sync: Daily communication with the warehouse, checking inventory, and updating product/size availability on the website.
• Task Tracking: Working on project management systems (Monday.com) to track daily tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• System Proficiency: Strong command of Shopify, Monday.com, and Social Media platforms (Instagram/Facebook).
• Experience: Previous experience in digital customer service or support - a significant advantage.
• High-Level Service Orientation: Exceptional written communication skills, patience, empathy, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Operational Skills: High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask independently.
