About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to define how renters experience and choose Obligo, building the strategy and systems that turn awareness into adoption across every PMS and partner touchpoint.

You'll sit at the center of a hard problem: renters meet Obligo inside someone else's product, at a stressful moment, with money on the line.

Winning means earning trust in seconds through qualification that says yes more often, flows that explain themselves, and experiments that compound.

This role spans strategy and execution, and sits at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, and Partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Own the renter growth strategy and the roadmap behind it, setting hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing
• Drive qualification outcomes with our Data Science team, using ML-based models to approve more renters without adding risk
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program across UX and AI-driven experiences, measuring lift rigorously rather than shipping on intuition
• Shape how Obligo appears inside RealPage, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, and other PMS environments, partnering with proptech and fintech vendors to remove friction we don't fully control
• Design renter programs and incentives that grow adoption while protecting unit economics
• Own the funnel end-to-end and be accountable for its numbers: open rate, qualification rate, and choice rate
  
  

• 5+ years in product management, including consumer-facing fintech
• Deep understanding of payments and the competitive fintech landscape
• Highly analytical, you pull your own data and know when a number is telling you something real versus noise
• Strong UX instincts, you can look at a flow and name exactly where renters drop and why
• Track record of moving fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  
  

• Fluency in how deposits, ledgers, and payments actually work inside property management systems
• Experience with ML-driven decisioning, underwriting, or risk products
• Experience shipping embedded or partner-distributed consumer experiences
