Junior Supply Chain Planner

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Supply Chain Planner to manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, inventory management,

and supplier relationships across our fast-paced global supply chain. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive

individual who can work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Israel and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory planning. Analyze global sales and geography; translate demand forecasts into supplier-specific forecasts reflecting inventory

levels, production lead times, and shipping transit times.

Inventory management. Perform daily inventory monitoring — track stock levels, balance inventory across multiple warehouses. Work

with Priority ERP, WMS, and BI tools (e.g., Looker) to keep systems updated on an ongoing basis.

Inventory analysis. Conduct BOM analysis, profitability assessments, and quantitative analysis to understand inventory position and

financial metrics.

Supplier management. Issue and manage purchase orders to global suppliers. Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines,

coordinate quality checks, and handle payment follow-ups — working to achieve better prices and accurate inventory reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (MBA is a plus but not required).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal).

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and an effective team player.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under pressure.

• Attention to detail; strong work ethic; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Passion for learning is essential.
