Company Description Impact Media | AI Marketing Agency is a global marketing company specializing in AI-powered performance marketing for B2B brands. The team helps organizations scale through data-driven advertising, lead generation, customer acquisition, paid media management, and conversion optimization.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales by Phone B2B role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves conducting outbound and inbound phone outreach to prospective B2B clients, presenting Impact Media’s AI marketing and performance solutions, and qualifying leads. Daily tasks include managing call lists and CRM records, following up with prospects, scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales and account teams, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal. The Sales by Phone B2B specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams to align messaging, understand client needs, and help convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships. The role also includes meeting individual and team sales targets, contributing feedback on campaigns, and continuously refining scripts and approaches based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Fluent / Native Hebrew is mandatory
• Strong cold calling experience – you must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.
• Experience speaking directly with business owners, CEOs, managers and decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing deals skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle rejection and consistently work toward sales targets.
• Position is 75% call cold business (people who aren't expecting our calls) and JUST 25% hot leads. Mean, the position is basically for cold call leads.
